PACE™ software offers you a variety of features.

  • PACE™ is intuitive. It walks the manager through the process of first evaluating and scoring performance standards, and then evaluating competencies. The program provides prompts along the way to ensure that mistakes are corrected.


  • PACE™ is easy to use. It is a point and click format, with easy to use text boxes for comments. It is easy to navigate within the program. Managers are not constrained to follow a specific process. They can pull up any part of the evaluation at any time.

  • The PACE™ form is a flexible tool that allows you to include a variety of specialized performance standards in the same form. Managers have the flexibility to change the weight of specific areas of performance standards to reflect the actual time spent by the employee performing those tasks. If the employee is not at all responsible for a specific area of performance standards, that area can be weighted by the manager as 0.0% and it will not appear on the performance evaluation.


  • Managers can be automatically reminded of when employee evaluations are due or overdue. Passwords for new managers can be automatically sent.


  • PACE™ provides managers easy access to all the employee information they need on one page. No searching around to locate data. Information is organized and linked in a way that is useful and makes sense to the manager.


  • PACE™ includes a Performance Journal, Development Plan and Performance Improvement Plan. Data from these tools can be easily transferred to the employee evaluation. These reports are rolling reports that can be archived whenever the manager decides the information is no longer relevant. Both archived information and all past reviews can be easily retrieved.


  • Managers have access to a variety of relevant reports that support their supervisory efforts.


  • Administrators have access to even more reports that both satisfy their regulatory reporting requirements and help focus internal education and training initiatives. Reports can be downloaded in easy to use formats with one click.


  • PACE™ is designed to work with the organization's hierarchical structure. Employees are organized by direct reports, indirect reports and those that are 2 levels down. Evaluations can be automatically routed to 2nd and 3rd level supervisors, depending on your internal processes.
  • PACE™ can be accessed from any computer, whether at work or at home. Depending on internal policies, restricted access can be set up to only allow managers access through your organization's intranet.


  • PACE™ software and content is hosted on our servers. Your IT personnel do not have to worry about maintenance or compatibility issues and your email system is not clogged with large data files. Data is always accessible.


  • We use state of the art technology to ensure that you can access PACE™ whenever you need to. Your data enjoys the finest in security protection, and we provide multiple data backups.


  • It is simple to upload new personnel data to PACE™. We can also build an interface between PACE™ and your HRIS.


  • You can tailor the look of your PACE™ site and the content you want collected and stored.


  • We work with you every step of the way, from planning to implementation, to ensure a smooth transition for your staff.


  • We provide an easy to use manual for your managers to guide them in their use of the PACE™ software. The manual has a Quick Start Guide to get your managers started, and more detailed sections that explain every aspect of the software. It also contains helpful hints that answer the most common questions that arise.


  • We provide extensive training to your managers. We conduct general orientation sessions beforehand to give your managers a sense of the process and we provide you with a communication piece to disseminate to all of your employees. We conduct general training sessions after the workshops to give your managers the information they need to use PACE™. We also provide hands on sessions where we work with smaller groups of managers that desire a little more guidance.


  • We provide you with two web sites loaded with the same data. One site is for your ongoing employee evaluation process. The other site is for your initial and ongoing training purposes. Your managers can experiment with PACE™ before we activate your live site and make their initial mistakes without you worrying about your permanent employee data files being compromised. When new supervisors are hired, they can also use the training site first. We also use the training sites to roll out software upgrades. You and your managers can get used to new software features before they are activated on your live site.
