About TCS
Founded in 1997 as Total Compensation Services by Mary Hall, CCP, the firm initially specialized in compensation issues. With the addition of principals in training, organizational and software development, TCS is poised to become one of the foremost human resource and information technology consulting firms in the United States.
In 1997 TCS developed its proprietary PACE™ system, and in 2001 TCS developed its PACE™ software. TCS expertise in Healthcare drove the development of PACE™ software, but it is relevant today for all industries. PACE™ was recognized as a 'best practice' in "Assessing Staff Competence" a publication by the Joint Commission. It also received a Best Practice Award from ASHHRA.
A certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE), TCS serves over 60 clients nationwide.
How is TCS different from other firms?
Experience: With TCS, your work will be done by experts. We will not assign a junior level consultant to manage your project. Our consulting service team is experienced in every aspect of human resource management and is matched with each client based on the specific needs of that engagement. Our team of software engineers is continually developing and enhancing our software. With combined experience of over 80 years, our software engineers bring exceptional expertise and resources to the products we develop. Our clients, former employers, and business associates will tell you that TCS gets outstanding results for our clients, while demonstrating the highest level of professional integrity.
Value: We
are unique and we know that your organization is too. With TCS, you will get
a cost-effective and value-added solution that's right for you, without
having to pay for any unnecessary extras or hidden fees. Because we
consider our clients to be our long term partners, we will continue, at no
charge, to consult with you, support you and provide you with the
information and services you need to ensure your continued success.
Cutting-Edge Solutions: At TCS, we are dedicated to providing our clients with new ideas, new systems, and new technology. Our team spends a significant portion of their time staying abreast of the latest developments in the field and incorporating those needs into our products and services.
A Common-Sense Approach: There is nothing like good, old-fashioned, common sense. All too often common sense seems to be a rare competency in the consulting world. Not so at TCS. We strive for simplicity, relevance, and results.
